太陽海灘太陽廣場塔酒店 (Suncoast Hotel & Towers)

酒店非常棒，特別乾淨衞生，邊上就是美食廣場，足不出戶就能享受各種美食，位置就在海邊，出門就是沙灘，而且酒店所對應的沙灘非常安全

第一次到南非，第一次到德班出差，南非朋友推薦的酒店，位置距離機場30公里，距離德班港口約10分鐘車程。位置還算方便，酒店旁邊有配套的娛樂城吃飯電影**，內部通道連接酒店一樓。步行走到陽光海岸沙灘3分鐘。訂的海景房間面積稍微有點緊湊，一個人住足夠，兩個人住的話可能稍微小了點。 傳統英式酒店服務，環境乾淨整潔，服務員黑人兄弟姐妹文明有禮貌，尤其對於中國人來講，這裡酒店服務印象深刻。

The hotel is beautiful and its location is very convenient because it’s walking distance to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. I mostly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I kept going back for me. Great service.

The hotel is well located, with easy access to the beach. Unfortunately the room itself was very small, especially for the price being charged. Breakfast was also limited. Service at the hotel was good though. Good food available 24/7 via room service. Had an amazing mutton bunny at 1am that really hit the spot!!!

Service was awesome. Room was clean and neat however the toilet and shower area was just a little too small and not a lot of privacy.

The hotel is clean and smells good. It is in a good location with a direct enterance into Suncoast. The room we were given was not the room that was showed in the pictures. The room should have had a bathtub as seen on the pictures for the room on 訂房網站.com, but the room does not have a bathtub. It's very disappointing considering that I booked it for the bathtub. When I went to ask reception about it, all she did was say that it is 訂房網站.com's fault for using the wrong pictures. She then offered me a room with a bathtub, but we had to pay more. I didn't take her offer, how can they ask a customer to pay more when they made the mistake and have the product shown incorrectly? The room did not have toothbruhes. I had to ask at reception for two toothbrushes,they only gave me one and said that they will send another one to the room later. The toothbrush never came. At check in I had signed for room 327, but at that time the room was not ready. Eventually while we waited we got the key cards and it had two numbers written on the envelope- 327 and 329. 327 had a single line going through it so we naturally assumed the room is 329.The door didn't open when we inserted the card into 329 but it did open on room 327. While we were sitting in the room I was contacting 訂房網站.com's customer service and someone else just managed to open the door with their card. Later, the reception called us and told us to just stay in that room because they had messed up. There is some construction happening on the one floor of the hotel and it is an eyesore to look at from the upper level, tiles are removed there id furniture still there covered in dust. Overall, this hotel is extremely overpriced and the location is not enough to justify the highprice. Other hotels charge less and actually have rooms with bathtubs as advertised. Stay here if you are looking for disappointment and a money waster.

A good hotel to stay when in Durban There is ****** at the hotel and with alot of food outlets. Just next to the beach and good for a stroll
